One of the things I am reminded of when I don’t post for a little while is that one of the main reasons why I post is so I can keep track of recipes that I LOVE. Have you ever made a recipe that you LOVED and then went back to find the recipe and you could not find it? You would think in this day of Pinterest that wouldn’t happen, but somehow it does.
I panicked this morning that I wouldn’t be able to “re-find” this recipe. Luckily, I found it on one of my Pinterest boards so potential crisis averted! These were definitely right in the category of recipes we LOVED…make again and keep in your back pocket recipe love. They are incredibly fudgy and taste like a really good sugar cookie. Their tops get nice and crackly, too. Just like a brownie should be!
I would also call these Speedy White Chocolate Brownies. Another big plus in my book. Will be making these A lot. Enjoy!

White Chocolate Brownies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 8 oz white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cups white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- In a microwaveable bowl or in a pan on your stovetop melt the butter and white chocolate chips. Stir together until they are smooth and then add the sugar and mix well. Mix in the eggs and sea salt until everything is incorporated. Finally add the vanilla and then the flour.
- Once everything is mixed, pour batter into a greased 8" square pan. Bake for 28 minutes Let cool completely and then cut into squares.
