White Chocolate Brownies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 8oz white chocolate chips
  • ¾ cups white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  1. In a microwaveable bowl or in a pan on your stovetop melt the butter and white chocolate chips. Stir together until they are smooth and then add the sugar and mix well. Mix in the eggs and sea salt until everything is incorporated. Finally add the vanilla and then the flour.
  2. Once everything is mixed, pour batter into a greased 8" square pan. Bake for 28 minutes Let cool completely and then cut into squares.
