Fun Friday – French Martini

This French Martini makes me feel very fancy – which let’s be honest sometimes we all need.

This is my brother Tim’s concoction and the fancy stuff that you see on top is alcohol infused whip cream – its yummy.

Tim and his wife Lynn live up in Pennsylvania and they have two little girls.  My other brother, Mike and his wife Mary live in NY near my mom.  They have a girl and a boy.  Their little girl met rode up to Pennsylvania last Saturday with my mom so we had 5 girls together between the ages of 3 and 7.  They had a blast.  The three middle girls are all exactly one month apart in age and let me tell you, they can be trouble when they get together….but it’s all good – Cousins!!!….as they would say.

So you can probably also understand that getting the five girls to go to bed in two different rooms can be a challenge.  So, by the time I came downstairs to have this drink I really needed it.  However, I don’t think the girls were all asleep until about 10:30…I was tired at that point too!

The pineapple and raspberry flavors in this drink are great together.  The whipped cream on top was a great way to finish it off.  Try this one tonight!

Enjoy and have a great weekend!
